Ghost Pepper Peach Hot Sauce




Ingredients

6 ghost peppers chopped

1.5 bell peppers chopped

1 medium onion chopped

8 cloves of garlic chopped

2 carrots chopped

8 oz. canned peaches in light syrup

1/2 c. honey

1 c. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. salt


Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a small sauce pan and simmer for 45 min to an hour.  Let cool.  Blend and bottle.  Keep in the refrigerator.  

Ghost Pepper Cilantro Sauce


 Ingredients:

2 ghost peppers

1 bunch of cilantro

1 lime - juice and zest

2 tomatoes (I used green tomatoes from the garden)

3 cloves of garlic

1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

1/2 c. water

1/2 t. salt

Directions:  

Blend everything, the simmer for 15 min.  Let cool bottle and refrigerate.

Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce



 Ingredients:

6 ghost peppers diced

1 carrot peeled and diced

1 small onion diced

6-8 cloves of garlic diced

2 roma tomatoes diced

1/2 c. water

1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

1 t. salt


Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a small sauce pan and simmer for 45 min to an hour.  Let cool.  Blend and bottle.  Keep in the refrigerator.  


Mango Pineapple Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce





 Ingredients:

1 c. ripe sweet pineapple, diced (can use canned in juice in a pinch)

1 large ripe mango, diced

1/2 yellow bell pepper

1 small onion, diced

8 cloves garlic chopped

3/4 c. apple cider vinegar

1 lime (zest + juice)

1/2 c. honey

1 t. salt


Directions:  Mix all ingredients in a small sauce pan and simmer for 45 min.  Let  cool. Blend and bottle.  Refrigerate until ready to use.
